I. Some countries impose restrictions on the amount of medications carried by travelers, it is recommended that travelers should get a doctor certificate as proof.

II. Time difference may affect drug compliance. Since different medications may require specific handling, therefore we recommend PLHIV to consult their physician before travel.

III. Some countries restrict the entry, residence and stay of foreigners who are HIV positive, different categories of restriction include entry bar, restriction for short term stay ( < 90days), restriction for long term stay (>90days). Although only a small number of countries impose such restrictions, we strongly recommend PLHIV to check before planning their trip.
I. Some countries require applicants to do a HIV test and they will reject HIV positive cases since they do not want to increase government medical expenses.

II. Some countries have cancelled HIV screenings for immigrants. We recommend PLHIV to check corresponding rules and regulations before applying.
